The CMD275 from Custom MMIC is a wideband GaAs MMIC distributed low noise amplifier die which operates from DC to 26.5 GHz. The amplifier provides 16 dB of gain, a saturated output power of 20.5 dBm and a noise figure of 5.5 dB at 10 GHz. The CMD275 provides low phase noise performance of -165 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. It is matched to 50 ohms which eliminate the need for RF port matching. This broadband device is ideally suited for military, space and communications systems.
