The dB-4128 from dB Control is a Microwave Power Module that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. It consists of a solid-state power amplifier and a vacuum power booster. The module provides a pulsed/CW output power of 200 W with a gain of 53 dB. It can operate in pulsed mode with a pulse width of 1.0 μsec to CW and a PRF of up to 10 kHz. The module has spurious levels of -50 dBc and harmonics of -2 dBc @ 6 GHz. It is ideal for use in electronic countermeasures (ECM), electronic warfare (EE) simulation, and multi-band communication systems.
The dB-4128 is available in a compact module that measures 12.5 x 9.38 x 2.15 inches with WRD-650 waveguide and SMA-female connectors. It requires an AC supply of 115/208 V.
