The DM-SC50-01 is a compact Gallium Nitride (GaN) amplifier module that operates from 2 to 6 GHz. It can be used to amplifier both pulse and CW signals, with 50 dBm peak output power (Psat) and 47 dBm. It has a gain of 30 dB and requires a supply voltage of 40-50 V for operation. This ultra-compact high power solid-state power amplifiers are ideal for use in demanding defence, aerospace and communications applications. It is available in a module with Sma male and Female connectors. This is a great alternative to TWT amplifiers and their layout can be customized to suit the customer&rsquos requirement.
