The P100W32-38CWP from Polarity is a Solid State Power Amplifier that operates from 32 to 38 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of 100 watts with a small signal gain of over 52 dB. The amplifier has a pulse width of over 100 ns and a duty cycle of up to 100 %. It consists of high-efficiency GaN MMICs, spatially combined in a compact structure to achieve robust, high-performance power amplification.

The amplifier incorporates a wide input range of AC - DC power supply, fan-forced convective thermal management, and an internal driver amplifier. It is available in a rack-mount package with a 2.92 mm (F) connector at the input and a WR28 waveguide interface at the output. It is ideal for use in test and measurement, radars, communications, and EMI testing applications.
