The AMP1053-1 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a solid state high power amplifier that operates from 1 to 32 MHz. It delivers an output power of more than 200 Watts with a gain of over 53 dB and has a rise/fall time of less than 5 µs. This Class AB linear LDMOS amplifier requires a supply voltage of 32 VDC and consumes up to 15 A of current. It is available as a compact module that measures 162 x 106 x 28 mm with SMA female / Type-N connectors. This SSPA is suitable all single channel modulation standards, has built-in protection circuits and an instantaneous wide bandwidth.
