The AMP1064 is a solid state high power amplifier that operates from 20 MHz to 6 GHz. The amplifier provides a CW output power of 25 Watts with a flatness of 4 dB peak to peak. This Class AB GaN Amplifier module requires a 50 V DC supply and draws 3 Amps of current. It can be used with all single channel modulation standards and applications requiring high power and ultra-wide band coverage.
