The AMP1136 from Exodus Communication is a Class AB Linear LDMOS Amplifier that operates from 20 MHz to 1000 MHz. This amplifier provides an output of 200 W CW Power with a gain of 53 dB and flatness of 3 dB. It is can be used for all single channel modulation standards. It requires a 32 V supply and draws 24 Amps of current. The amplifier is available in a rugged, high reliability module with SMA/N Type Connectors.
