The AMP2065E-LC from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. The amplifier has been designed for replacing aging TWT technology. It is a broadband, rugged EMC Class A/AB linear Solid-State design for all modulations and industry standards. This power amplifier delivers an output of 600 W with a gain of more than 57 dB. This Class A/AB linear amplifier has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. It is equipped with built-in protection circuits and provides extensive monitoring parameters for all modulations, standards, forward/reflected power in Watts & dBm, VSWR, voltage, current, and temperature. It also features Exodus’ quiet-cool technology for closed-circuit air-liquid cooling.
The AMP2065E-LC has an LCD control panel and can also be controlled remotely. It is available in a rack-mounted 12U-chassis that measures 482 x 533 x 700 mm with N-type (female) connectors and is ideal for use in broadband EMI/RFI, lab, and communication applications. The SSPA requires an AC supply from 180-240 V and consumes less than 8 kW of power.
