The AMP2080E-LC from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 10 kHz to 250 MHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 1500 W with a power gain of more than 62 dB. This Class A/AB linear amplifier has built-in protection circuits and provides extensive monitoring parameters for all modulations, standards, forward/reflected power (in Watts & dBm), VSWR, voltage, current, and temperature for optimum reliability & ruggedness. It also features Exodus’ quiet-cool technology for closed-circuit air-liquid cooling.
The AMP2080E-LC has a local LCD control panel and can be controlled remotely. It is available in a rack-mounted 17U chassis that measures 600 x 960 x 750 mm with N-type and 7/16 (female) connectors and is ideal for use in EMI/RFI, lab, CW/pulse, and all communication applications. The SSPA requires an AC supply from 180-240 V and consumes less than 4.5 kW of power.
