The AMP2085D from Exodus Advanced Communications is a GaN Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 2 to 8 GHz. This Class A/AB amplifier delivers over 300 W of saturated output power (P1dB of 150 W) with a gain of more than 55 dB. The amplifier has a 2-tone intermodulation (IMD) of -30 dBc, spurious of up to -60 dBc, and harmonics of under -20 dBc. It can be used for a pulse and all single channel modulation standards and is ideal for broadband EMI/RFI, Lab, Communication, and EW applications. This amplifier consumes up to 3000 W of power and has built-in fans for cooling.
It is available as a rack-mount package that measures 430 x 266 x 600 mm with N-type female connectors and features built-in protection circuits. The amplifier has optional Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, and GPIB Interfaces.
