The AMP2145B-LC from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 18 to 40 GHz. It delivers a CW/pulsed output power of 30 W with a power gain of more than 44 dB and a gain adjustment range of 20 dB. This amplifier has a Class A/AB linear design with a 2-tone intermodulation (IMD) of -30 dBc, harmonics of less than -20 dBc, and spurious emission of better than -60 dBc. It has built-in protection circuits such as input power protection (10 dBm max.) and load VSWR protection. The SSPA has an in-built display and can be controlled remotely via Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, USB, and GPIB (optional) interfaces.
