The AMP2145C-LC from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 18 to 40 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 40 W with more than 47 dB of gain and has a gain adjustment range of 20 dB. This amplifier is based on Class A/AB linear design integrating high-power advanced features that offer instantaneous wide bandwidth in a small form-factor. It has spurious levels of -60 dBc and harmonics of less than -20 dBc. This SSPA is equipped with built-in protection circuits and ensures high reliability with extensive monitoring of parameters including gain, output power, voltage, current, and VSWR.
The AMP2145C-LC has local LCD/remote flexible interfaces such as RJ45 Ethernet TCP/IP, RS422/485, USB, and an optional GPIB for remote monitoring. It supports closed-circuit air-liquid cooling mechanisms and has an operating temperature range from 0° to +50°C. This SSPA is available in a 5U rack-mount enclosure that measures 430 x 222 x 560 mm with 2.9 mm (female) input connectors and WRD-180 waveguide output interface. It is ideal for EMI/RFI, labs, CW/Pulse, and communication applications.
This SSPA requires an AC supply from 100 to 240 V and consumes less than 1600 W of power.
