The AMP4076-1 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 40 to 50 GHz. It delivers a CW/Pulsed saturated output power of more than 4 W with a power gain of 30 dB. This class A/AB amplifier has built-in protection circuits with optional monitoring parameters for forward/reflected power, VSWR, voltage, current & temperature sensing for superb reliability and ruggedness. It has spurious levels of under -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc.

The AMP4076-1 has an LCD control panel and Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, USB, and optional GPIB interfaces. It is available in a rack-mounted chassis that measures 481 x 133 x 685 mm with 3.5 mm input connectors and WR22 waveguide output interface. The SSPA is designed for EMI/RFI, lab, CW/Pulse, and all communication applications. It requires an AC supply from 100 to 240 V and consumes less than 600 W of power.
