The LNA1009 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a GaN Solid State Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 50 MHz to 6 GHz. It provides a gain of more than 25 dB with a noise figure of 3.5 dB and has a P1dB of over 25 dBm (CW). This high reliability, compact Class AB amplifier requires a 12 V DC supply. It is available in a module that measures 60 x 50 x 27 mm with SMA female connectors and is suitable for all single channel modulation standards.
