MPA3021 Image

The MPA3021 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a GaAs FET Hybrid Solid State Low Noise Power Amplifier that operates from 41 to 47 GHz. This class AB linear amplifier delivers over 2 W of saturated output power (P1dB of 1 W) with a gain of more than 33 dB. It has spurious of up to -60 dBc, and harmonics of up to -20 dBc. The amplifier has built-in protection circuits and requires external heat sink for cooling. It is available in a rugged module that measures 60 x 70 x 20 mm with 2.4 mm female and 9-pin D-Sub interface connectors. This amplifier is suitable for all single channel modulation standards and Q-Band linear applications.
