The FCM1401 from Falcomm is a Dual-stage CMOS Power Amplifier with a center frequency of 14.5 GHz. It is based on the proprietary ultra-efficient Dual-Drive™ architecture developed by Falcomm and is implemented using the GlobalFoundries 130NSX1 process.
