The GRF2010W from Guerrilla RF is a Gain Block that operates from 50 to 5000 MHz. It provides 10.2 dB of gain, a noise figure of 3.1 dB and an output P1dB of 20 dBm.This gain block requires a DC supply from 2.7 to 9 V and consumes 90 mA of current. It is internally matched to 50 ohms at the input and output ports, needing only external DC blocks and a bias choke on the output. The gain block is available in a DFN-6 package that measures 1.5 x 1.5 mm and is developed using a GaAs pHEMT process. It is ideal for small cells, wireless infrastructure, and other high-performance applications in systems requiring flat gain, linear driver amplifiers, cellular repeaters, and IF amplifiers.
