The GRF2093 from Guerrilla RF is an ultra-low noise amplifier that operates from 1 to 6 GHz. It provides a P1dB of 19 dBm and a gain of 21 dB with a noise figure of 0.37 dB at 2332.5 MHz. The LNA requires a supply voltage of 2.7 to 5.0 V with a selectable Iddq range of 30 to 100 mA. This amplifier is available in a 6-lead 1.5 x 1.5 mm DFN package and is suitable for Satellite Radio, CBRS, Small Cells and Cellular Repeaters, Distributed Antenna Systems, and GPS applications.
