GRF2110 Image

The GRF2110 from Guerrilla RF is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 5 to 8 GHz. It provides a gain of 16.3 dB with a noise figure of 1.2 dB and has an output P1dB of 22 dBm. This LNA is fabricated on a GaAs pHEMT process and is designed for Wi-Fi 6/6E, small cell, wireless infrastructure, and other high-performance RF applications. It requires a DC supply from 2.7 to 5 V and consumes 70 mA of current. The LNA is available in a surface-mount DFN 6-pin package that measures 1.5 x 1.5 mm and can be used as a Wi-Fi 6/6E LNA, linear driver amplifier, amplifier for small cells,  cellular repeaters and wireless backhaul.
