The GRF2113 from Guerrilla RF is a Linear Gain Block that operates from 50 MHz to 4 GHz. It provides a gain of 21.5 dB with a noise figure of 1.75 dB and an output P1 dB of 22.6 dBm. This amplifier is fabricated using GaAs pHEMT process and exhibits a slightly positive gain slope with low noise figure. This linear gain block requires a DC supply from 3 to 6 V and consumes 115 mA of current. It is available in a DFN-8 package that measures 2 x 2 mm and is ideal for SATV, VHF/UHF, cellular infrastructure, small cells, cellular repeaters, and ISM band applications.
