The GRF2133 from Guerrilla RF is a broadband, linear, ultra-low noise amplifier designed for small cell, cellular booster and wireless infrastructure applications. It operates from 0.1 to 2.7 GHz, delivering a high gain with a low noise figure of 0.85 dB. The amplifier requires a supply voltage of 1.8 to 5.0 V with a selectable Iddq range of 35 to 120 mA for optimal efficiency and linearity. It is available in a 1.5 x 1.5 mm, surface mount DFN-6 package.
