The GRF2171 from Guerrilla RF is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 2.5 to 5 GHz. It provides 26 dB of gain with a noise figure of less than 1 dB (evaluation board) and has an output P1dB of 18 dBm. This LNA has a rise/fall time of less than 900 ns. It requires a DC supply of 6 V, consumes less than 95 mA of current, and has a leakage current of less than 1000 μA. The amplifier supports flexible biasing that allows it to be configured for a wide range of Vdd and Iddq values for optimal efficiency and linearity. It is available in a DFN-6 package that measures 1.5 x 1.5 mm and is suitable for use in ultra-high gain LNA, CBRS, and microwave backhaul applications.
