The GRF2176 from Guerrilla RF is a Two-Stage Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 2.3 to 6 GHz. It provides a selectable gain of 15.8 dB (low gain mode) and 32.4 dB (high gain mode) with a noise figure of 0.65 dB. This LNA is based on GaAs pHEMT technology and allows the second stage to be bypassed with an independent control pin to select low/high gain modes. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 65 mA of quiescent current. This LNA is available in a compact DFN-6 package that measures 1.5 x 1.5 mm and is ideal for 5G Sub-6 GHz massive MIMO base stations, TDD small cells and cellular repeaters, and high-performance RF infrastructure applications.
