The GRF4003 is a broadband LNA/ linear driver amplifier that operates from 100 to 3800 MHz. it has been designed for small cell, wireless infrastructure and other high performance RF applications. The amplifier has a noise figure of 0.72 dB, a gain of 13.5 dB, IP3 of 40.5 dBm and P1dB of 21.8 dBm. It requires a 1.8 V to 4.0 V supply with a selectable Iddq range from 30 to 100 mA for optimal efficiency and linearity. The amplifier is available in a 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.5 mm 6-pin plastic DFN package that is internally matched to 50 ohms at the input and output ports.
