The GRF4142 is a low noise amplifier/driver that can be tuned from 100 MHz to 3800 MHz. The amplifier can easily cover fractional bandwidths of more than 20 percent, with a single set of external components. At 1900 MHz, it provides a gain of 16.0 dB with a noise figure of 0.95 dB. The LNA delivers a P1dB of 21.5 dBm, OIP3 of 34 dBm while operating at 5.0 volts and consuming 50 mA of current. It is available in an ultra-small 1.5 x 1.5 mm DFN-6 package and is ideal for small cells, cellular boosters, wireless infrastructure and DAS applications.
