The HMPA Series from HXI is a range of power amplifiers modules that are available in a number of frequency configurations from 17GHz to 66GHz. The modules provide a P1dB up to 30 dBm and gain up to 35 dB. Each amplifier contains a voltage regulator and bias sequencing circuitry that allows the use of a single bias to power the amplifier. They can be used in transmitters for communication and radar systems and also as gain blocks in LO chains and test equipment. The amplifiers can be customized to meet your requirement.
