The LW10-797596 from Linwave Technology is a Bi-directional GaN Amplifier that operates from 3 to 6 GHz. In the Tx mode, it delivers a saturated output power of above 35 dBm with a gain of 20 dB and has a transmit efficiency of 37%. In the Rx mode, it delivers a gain of 20 dB with a noise figure of less than 5.5 dB and has a saturated power of more than 5 dBm. This class AB amplifier employs proprietary matching networks and has an automatic Tx/Rx switching speed of less than 125 us.
