The MAPC-S1504 from MACOM is a Power Amplifier that operates from 5.2 to 5.9 GHz. It delivers a saturated CW/Pulsed output power of 60 W with a small signal gain of 16.7 dB and has an efficiency of up to 50.5%. The power amplifier is based on GaN on SiC HEMT D-mode technology.
