The ADM-0026-5929SM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs pHEMT distributed amplifier that operates from DC to 26.5 GHz. This amplifier has been designed to provide optimal LO drive for the Marki Microwave T3 Mixer Series. It has a small signal gain of 13.5 dB, a noise figure of 5.5 dB and a TOI of 26 dBm. The amplifier provides a saturated output power of 20 dBm at 1 dB compression with a return loss of 14 dB and requires a 5 to 7 V bias voltage with a 165 mA current draw. The amplifier can be used in LO buffer amplification, clock distribution, and general purpose signal amplification for electronic warfare and test and measurement applications.
