ADM-8536PSM Image

The ADM-8536PSM from Marki Microwave is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 2 to 20 GHz. It provides a small signal gain of 10 dB with a noise figure of 2.5 dB and delivers a saturated output power of +14 dBm. This LNA is designed for ease of use due to its internal bias network, DC blocking, and RF matching and is suitable for use in RF front-ends. It requires a DC supply of +5 V and consumes 41 mA of current. This amplifier is available in a DFN package that measures 1.2 x 2.0 mm and is ideal for mobile test and measurement equipment, radar and satellite communications, 5G Transceivers, and other SWaP applications.
