The ADM3-0022PA from Marki Microwave is a broadband power amplifier module that operates from 0.01 to 22 GHz. This 3 stage amplifier has a gain of 35 dB and provides a saturated output power of 1 W (when fed with a 0 dBm input). It has built-in gain equalization and thus provides an exceptionally flat frequency response from DC to 22 GHz in both linear and saturated modes.
This is an ideal LO driver amplifier for high linearity mixers. It is available in a module with SMA (M/F) connectors.
The ADM3-0022PA has been developed for use in a controlled laboratory environment and is not suitable for use in high reliability applications.
