The AMM-0001M from Marki Microwave is an mmWave LO Driver Amplifier that operates from 45 to 95 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 15 dBm with a small signal gain of up to 11 dB and has reverse isolation of 55 dB. This amplifier requires a DC supply of 3.5 V and consumes 350 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 33.53 x 24.03 x 16.31 mm with 1.0 mm connectors.
