The MPA-18G-40G-40 from Maury Microwave is a GaN Power Amplifier (PA) that operates from 18 to 40 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 40 W with a small signal gain of over 46 dB. This amplifier is manufactured using a state-of-the-art GaN process and includes protection circuitry for safety.
