The MMA015AA is a GaAs MMIC power-selectable wideband amplifier that operates from DC to 14 GHz. The amplifier provides a gain of 11 to 15 dB with a noise figure of 2.6 dB and an output IP3 of 29 dBm while requiring only 80 mA from a 4 V supply. It is available as a 0.5 x 0.5 mm die and is ideal for electronic warfare (EW), electronic countermeasures (ECM), radar, and test equipment applications.
