The 200974-01 from Millimeter Wave Systems is a Power Amplifier Module that operates from 200 MHz to 67.5 GHz. It provides a saturated power output of 15 dBm (at 50 GHz) with a gain of more than 25 dB. This amplifier requires a DC supply from 8 to 12 V, consumes less than 330 mA of current, and uses an EMI suppressing feed thru and ground turret terminals to connect DC. It internally generates negative bias through an inverter on the power conditioning board that includes voltage regulation and bias sequence electronics. A reverse polarity shunt diode is used to protect the module against the misconnection of DC. This amplifier is available in a gold-plated aluminium module that measures 2.89 x 1.25 x 0.63 inches with 1.85 mm (female) connectors.
