The AVA-0233LN+ from Mini Circuits is a Low-Noise Amplifier MMIC that operates from 2 to 30 GHz. It provides a gain of more than 12.7 dB with a noise figure of less than 4.8 dB and has a P1dB of 16.4 dBm. This GaAs pHEMT distributed amplifier requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 92 mA of current. It is available in a military-standard surface-mount QFN package that measures 5 x 5 mm with RF ports internally matched to 50 ohms.
