The GVA-60+ is a Flat Gain, High IP3 Amplifier from Mini Circuits that operates from 0.01 to 5 GHz. The amplifier has good input and output return loss and does not require external matching components. Its broad operating frequency and low return loss make it suitable for use in CATV, Cellular, PCS, WiMAX and LTE Applications. The GVA-60+ provides a gain of 20 dB at 0.4 GHz, a P1dB of 20 dBm and an IP3 of 39 dBm at 400 MHz. It is available in a SOT-89 package.
