PMA3-83LP+ Image

The PMA3-83LP+ from Mini-Circuits is a GaAs pHEMT Amplifier MMIC that operates from 0.4 to 8 GHz. It provides a gain of up to 21.3 dB with a noise figure of less than 3.3 dB and has an output P1dB of 25 dBm. This amplifier has a combination of low noise figure and high IP3 which makes it ideal for use in sensitive, high-dynamic range receiver applications. It requires a DC supply of 6 V and consumes 150 mA of current. The amplifier is available in a 12-lead QFN package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for Wi-Fi 6, 5G MIMO radio systems, L, S, and C-band radar and SATCOM applications.
