The ZHL0G60G7100+ from Mini-Circuits is a High-Power Amplifier that operates from 600 to 700 MHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 100 W with a small signal gain of more than 45 dB. This ruggedly designed amplifier provides unconditional stability and built-in protection against reverse polarity, overheating, and excessive amounts of forward and reflected power. It limits the forward power to approximately 51dBm (125W) and the output stage can operate into and open and short and shuts off when the reflected power exceeds 100W CW. The amplifier requires a DC supply from 28 V and consumes less than 14 A of current. It is available in a module that measures 170 x 110 x 30 mm with SMA input and N-type output connectors. This amplifier is ideal for use in high-power test sets, burn-in setups, communication, and SATCOM applications. A heatsink and fan attachment for cooling are optional.
