The ZVE-453+ from Mini-Circuits is an RF Amplifier that operates from 18 to 45 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 0.75 W with a gain of more than 28 dB. The amplifier incorporates several DC-protection features, such as over-voltage, reverse voltage and in-rush current, that protects it from damage if mishandled during operation. It requires a single DC supply from +10 to +15 V, allowing users to choose their desired operating voltage. The amplifier has internal DC-DC conversion circuitry that maintains constant efficiency over the full input voltage range. 

The ZVE-453+ utilizes two integrated fans that keep the amplifier cool during normal operation at room temperature. It is available in a module that measures 2.27 x 2.56 x 1.73 inches with 2.4 mm female connectors and is ideal for wideband test and instrumentation, 5G mmWave, SATCOM and wireless infrastructure applications.
