The MLS-0206 from Narda is a surface mount Logarithmic Amplifier that operates from 2 to 6 GHz. The device has outstanding accuracy, linearity with an internal regulation scheme. It is available in a hermetic seam-welded package that measures 0.45 x 0.45 inches and is ideal for commercial and military applications like weather radar, EW systems, channelized receivers and airport landing systems. Space qualified versions are also available.
