The AWS-4F-00102000-40-17P is a low cost hermetic amplifier that operates from 0.1 to 20 GHz. It has over 30 dB of gain, a noise figure below 4 dB and a VSWR of 2.0:1. It has a P1dB of 17 dBm, IP3 of 25 dBm and requires a supply of 12 V. The amplifier has an aluminum base which provides excellent thermal characteristics while the slim profile Kovar housing allows for hermetic sealing if required. The use of an EMI filtered and gasketed DC feedthru provides for improved EMI performance. This model is RoHS compliant.
