The NT1192FAAE1S from Nisshinbo Micro Devices is a Low-Noise Amplifier MMIC that operates from 1164 to 1300 MHz. It provides a gain of 20 dB with a noise figure of less than 1 dB and provides an isolation of more than 25 dB between GNSS frequency bands. This amplifier requires a DC supply from 1.5 to 3.7 V and consumes less than 8 mA of current. It is available in a surface-mount EPFFP6-FA package that measures 1.10 x 0.70 x 0.37 mm with integrated ESD protection and is ideal for use in tracking devices, automotive antennas, GNSS modules, dashboard cameras, and GNSS L5/L2/L6 band applications.
