The NW-BA-DUAL-S-50-C02-S01 from NuWaves RF Solutions is a 2x2 Dual-Channel Bidirectional Amplifier that operates from 2.2 to 2.5 GHz. On the Tx side, this amplifier delivers a saturated output power of 47 W with a gain of 17 dB while on the Rx side, it provides a gain of 12 dB and has a noise figure of 2.5 dB. This BDA is suitable for extending the range of communications and datalinks for ISR applications. It supports NxN MIMO radios with 2x2 and 4x4 configurations being used for high data rate applications. This amplifier is based on highly linear LDMOS technology and has a power amplifier, a low noise amplifier, and a switch in an integrated microwave assembly for a low SWaP solution to pair with MIMO radios. 

The NW-BA-DUAL-S-50-C02-S01 supports complex modulations with high peak-to-average ratios (PARs), where minimal signal distortion is required. It also supports constant envelope signals such as CW, AM, and FM. This amplifier can be configured for Autosense where it switches between transmit and receive automatically based on the RF input power detected at its XCVR Port. 

The NW-BA-DUAL-S-50-C02-S01 is available in a module that measures 4 x 7 x 1.25 inches and has TNC connectors. It is ideal for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) - Group 2 and Group 3, Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV), software-defined radios, counter UAS detection and mitigation, MIMO/MANET radio range extension and SISO radio range extension applications.
