The 12A01A from NuWaves Engineering is a highly linear, L S-band power amplifier that operates from 1 GHz to 2.5 GHz. It delivers 4 Watts of linear RF power to boost performance of data links and transmitters and provides a gain of 36 dB, with a nominal input drive level of 0 dBm. The device provides a power efficiency of 20% to 40% and has the flexibility to be implemented into almost any communications or telemetry system to provide high-performance transmission of data and other AM modulated signals. It is available in a module with connectors that measures 3 x 2 x 0.65 inches and is ideal for software defined radios, RF telemetry, and RF communication systems.
