The C10Q02 from NuWaves is a GaN solid state power amplifier that operates from 5250 to 5850 MHz. It can deliver over 10 W of RF power with the efficiency of 10 to 30% when provided with a typical voltage of 28 V.
The amplifier is available in a module that measures 2.96 x 8.09 x 1.0 inches. Due to its small form factor, the amplifier can be used for power-constrained RF telemetry and tactical communication systems. The C10Q02 can also be used in a number of other applications including Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV), Broadband RF Telemetry, RF Communication Systems, Software Defined Radios, and in the Test Lab.
