The AFLP5G25641 from NXP is a power amplifier module that operates from 2300 to 2700 MHz. It has three stages of amplification and supports circuitry to work at 3.3 V or 5 V with very low power consumption. This device delivers a P1dB of 25 dBm at 3.3 Vdc and a P1dB of 29 dBm at 5 Vdc with a gain of 32 dB while operating at 2500 MHz. The amplifier is available in a 4 x 3 mm LGA package and includes a 1.8 V logic control pin for bias enable/disable TDD operation.
