The PLNA-30-10M20-SFF-DCSMA from Quantic PMI (Planar Monolithics) is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 10 MHz to 20 GHz. It provides more than 26 dB of gain with a noise figure of less than 3.3 dB and has an output P1dB of +14 dBm. This LNA has a reverse isolation of more than 35 dB and a VSWR of less than 2.4:1. It requires a DC supply of +5 V and consumes less than 120 mA of current. This amplifier is available in a gold-plated package that measures 1.37 x 1.00 x 0.50 inches with SMA (female) connectors.
