The CMD197 is a broadband distributed amplifier that operates from 1 to 24 GHz. It provides a gain of 16 dB, a P1dB of 20 dBm and an output IP3 of greater than +30 dBm across its entire bandwidth. The amplifier requires a single positive supply of 8 V and draws 225 ma of current. It has an on-chip bias choke, 50 Ohm port impedance, and high linearity. The CMD197 is available as a die. It is ideal for commercial, military, test and space applications.
