The CMD206 from Custom MMIC is a distributed low noise amplifier that operates from DC to 50 GHz. The amplifier delivers a gain of more than 11 dB with a noise figure of less than 3.5 dB and a P1dB of 12 dBm at 30 GHz. It is matched to 50 ohms and is available as a die. The amplifier can be used for microwave radios, VSAT, wireless infrastructure, T&M, military and space applications.
